"Alison came into my office to help me reorganise the day to day administration of my business. Alison listened properly to what I was saying and gave me the support and skills I was looking for. Many people in the business world say they listen to their customers and give them what they want but I have found this to be rare. However, Alison was quick at understanding what it was that I wanted to achieve, and then delivered it faster than I expected.
In summary she was professional, proactive and often one step ahead, superb at drafting documents up quckly and she had the intelligence to second guess my next request."

Alison, I can't tell you how delighted I am to be paying you this invoice and know my books are up to date and will stay that way. The process you set up for me is exactly what I needed and I am confident it will all work well for me.
What a relief; it has given me great peace of mind."

I am finding it increasingly difficult to try and be all things at all times in the business and consequently my accounts paperwork was starting to pile up. I approached Alison to ask for some help tying everything together. A few sessions later and the files stuffed with documents, receipts and bank statements were being cross referenced to various Excel spreadsheets - and the whole caboodle is now in the process of being pulled together into one coherent accounts package.
Alison, I cannot thank you enough for the patience, relilience and downright dogged attitude you have shown in the wake of acres of data, always smiling and friendly yet focussed and diligent.
So if any business owners out there are drowning in paperwork and need a reliable honest person to throw you a lifebelt, I know just the lady. Ali, you're a star; thank you so much"

Late in 2006 Alison worked on the latest of a number of projects in targeted sections of the economy. This one was with practitioners of psychological therapies. It is a field of work characterised by high commitment on the part of therapists, and great differences of view between different schools of therapy. A minefield, in other words.
Alison navigated the hazards, getting people's views and making connections for us, with supreme skill and diplomacy, helping us to create a positive view of our work.
She could not have done better.
